Nicholson Co. began in 2011 with husband and wife Aaron and Amanda Nicholson tearing apart and slowly putting back together the roof and walls surrounding their own family. They are now very thankful to transform houses that they don't live in, and passionate about providing people with beautiful dream homes for their own families. Their experiences in interior design, contracting, and house flipping in the Deep River, Ontario area have recently grown to offer collaborative custom renovations to clients interested in purchasing a Nicholson Co. dream home!

TRADITIONAL / MODERN
This design style leans towards traditional, or more formal, elements such as detailed trim work, a classic colour palette, and layered, more ornate furnishings rather than a minimalist feel. The modern factor is what pulls this classic look into a current dream home, with emphasis on new but timeless kitchen and bathroom trends.
OLD WORLD / MODERN
Old World Modern is a blend of warm European textures such as plaster walls, and age-worn wood, with a minimalist colour palette. This style showcases architectural features such as archways and cozy fireplaces, and incorporates inviting kitchen workspaces with open shelving rather than conventional closed cupboards.
MODERN / FARMHOUSE
The Modern Farmhouse style is well-loved for its worn and timeless feel. Elements of this style include horizontal shiplap walls, distressed antique furniture, and in the kitchen, apron-front porcelain sinks and Shaker-style cabinetry. Modern Farmhouse has its roots in a fondness for slow living and simpler past days.
